Vietnam-Laos friendship highlighted at Vientiane exhibition (17-05-2010 )
120 photos were showcased at an exhibition entitled “Vietnam-Laos relations in the Age of Ho Chi Minh” in the Lao capital city of Vientiane on May 14. The exhibition focuses on three topics: Nguyen Ai Quoc – Ho Chi Minh, the person who laid the foundation for Vietnam-Laos friendship, the relationship between Vietnam and Laos during the two struggles for independence, and their relationship since 1975.

“Vietnam Week” to be held in Acapunco, Mexico (14-05-2010 )
A press briefing was held in Mexico’s Acapunco City, Guerrero State, on May 12 to announce the organisation of the first “Vietnam Week” to be held in the city from May 19-28. At the function, Vietnamese ambassador Pham Van Que said a monument of late President Ho Chi Minh will be inaugurated in Miguel Aleman Avenue of the coastline city of Acapunco on the occasion of his 120th birthday.
