Vietnam Airlines to open Hai Phong-Danang route
Vietnam Airlines will open a new route from the northern port city of Hai Phong to the central city of Danang on April 28. This is Vietnam Airlines’ 36th domestic air route between 20 provinces and cities across the country.
Thua Thien-Hue to host National Tourism Year 2012
The National Tourism Year 2012 themed “Hue-Ancient capital city-New experiences” will be held in central Thua Thien-Hue Province. The event is expected to promote Vietnam’s tourism products and cultural heritages, attract more foreign tourists and boost domestic tourism.
Italy to showcase arts, culture
The Italian Embassy in Hanoi will launch a programme to promote the culture and lifestyle of the Mediterranean country in Vietnam. The programme will include 14 events during 2011 covering music, dance, architecture, literature and cinema.
