The Festival is jointly organised by the Department of Performing Arts, the Vietnam Stage Artists’ Association, and the Thai Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The event has attracted the participation of nearly 500 artists from thirteen clubs across the country.
This year’s festival will focus on contemporary issues that have attracted much public attention. This criterion, which is being applied in the festival for the first time, aims to attract a wider audience and encourage creativity among Cheo artists.
The festival’s opening will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television at 8 pm on November 26. The closing and awards ceremony will take place on December 4.
