The festival held at the most beautiful tea terrace-field in La Bang honours the characteristics of tea trees, tea farming and tea production, as well as promoting the brand name of Thai Nguyen tea.
The event attracted tea farming households, tea manufacturers, businesses and representatives from three of Thai Nguyen’s most famous tea growing areas, La Bang, Tan Cuong and Trai Cai.
The festival included a tea worship ceremony, dancing and singing performances. There were also contests for tea leaf picking, tea drying, tea making, tea packaging and safe tea cultivating.
