Visit local market and join cooking class in Hanoi, overnight on junk boat in Halong. Overnight on the Vietnam Reunification Express train to Hue, Cooking the Hue special dish, explore the citadel included Forbidden Purple City and Royal Tomb. Day 1: Arrival Hanoi
Upon arrival Hanoi airport you are met and transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi (BLD)
In the morning we visit Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, His Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature, lunch is served at Cha Ca La Vong. Afternoon you have a chance to go to visit local market with our chef then come to learn how to cook at one of the most popular local restaurant in town. In the evening you will enjoy water puppet show.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong (BLD)
Driving approx 3 hours to Halong Bay via Hong Ngoc humanity center, board on the junk boat to explore the Natural World Heritage site listed by UNESCO in 1994. Seafood lunch served on boat, relax on the desk, visit lime stone cave, swim in crystal water. Tonight sleep on comfort twin shared cabin with western facility.

Day 4: Halong – Hanoi (B)
Enjoy few more hours cruise around the bay before we dock on the Bai Chay pier for transfer back to Hanoi lunch time via Dong Chieu ceramic village. Afternoon is leisure until we board on the Vietnam Reunification Express train to Hue approx 13 hours journey.

Day 5: Hue (D)
You are met at Hue station and transfer to hotel. Afternoon we have city tour to visit former Imperial capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802-1945, including Citadel and Forbidden Purple City. The World Heritage site listed by UNESCO in 1993. Dinner is at the finest local restaurant in city.

Day 6: Hue (BL)
This morning you will meet our Hue chef and you are introduced some local special dish of Hue before and now. After cooking lesson and enjoy your hand made lunch we will board on Dragon boat ride along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda and Royal Tomb of Tu Duc.

Day 7: Hue – Hoian (B)
We drive approx 4 hours passing stunning countryside and stop on the top of Hai Van Pass for great view to Danang city and brief rest at China beach before We arrive Hoi an old town. Afternoon we have an exciting walking tour in old town the World heritage site listed by UNESCO in 1999  we visit old Chinese assembly Hall, Japanese Covered Bridge, Old House of Phung Hung and we can visit some art gallery and cloth tailor made.

Day 8: Hoian (BL)
After breakfast we will go to visit local food market with our chef, he will explain to you some typical ingredient of Hoian. At the class you are introduced Hoian dish and you will cook. Afternoon is at your leisure for shopping.

Day 9: Hoian (B)
Today we will cycle shortly to visit Tra Que village where local people grow a lot of vegetable in Hoian. Spend your free time at your leisure on the nearby sandy beach.

Day 10: Hoian – Saigon (BD)
Flight to Saigon and drive to explore Cu Chi tunnels the incredible underground home of Viet Cong during the Vietnam war from 1955 – 1975 which is stretched 200 kilometers long. Tonight we dine in the local restaurant in Ben Thanh market here we can enjoy the local atmosphere cuisine.

Day 11:  Saigon – Mekong Delta - Saigon (BLD)
This morning we drive approx 2 hours to My Tho city and board on our boat ride through the river and canals to BenTre province, stop on the islands to visit local orchard garden, honey farm, coconut candy workshop to taste, listen to traditional music. Riding motorbike truck around villages. Enjoy Delta lunch including Elephant Ear fish, Delta pancake on Phoenix island. Tonight we have bid farewell dinner at local restaurant.

Day 12: Departure (B)
After breakfast our trip ends and transfer to airport for your flight home.
